I rode 1.5 hours yesterday. I felt pretty bad; tired and I had a weird buzzing in my ear. I started to feel a tickle in my throat. Woke up this morning with a cough and a stuffy head. It's gone downhill all day.
Bummer. The training was going well. Things will have to slow down a bit. It could be worse, since next weeks is supposed to be an light week anyway.
Oh, well. There is still plenty of time 'til Iowa.
