My GPS died.
It has worked well since I took it out of the box. It worked great on Thursday, but the battery mysteriously died overnight between Saturday and Sunday. Now it won't turn on at all. It won't take a charge. It is dead.
I've got an RMA from Garmin. They were very cool over the phone. It was a gift, so I don't have a receipt, etc. I'll keep you posted.

I had mine go SO dead once that it refused to do anything, and refused to take a change (so it seemed). But, I plugged it into the wall charger and left it. A couple of hours later, it was working again.
If you haven't plugged it in for a few hours, see if that helps.
I just got one of these too! I will have to watch and see what happens with yours in case I suffer the same problem
